Title: Product Strategist (eSports)

Location: Santa Monica, CA

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main liaison between game development teams and partner organizations to coordinate esports digital goods production and delivery.
• Collaborate with partners to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and performance.
• Analyze digital goods performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Advise international leagues on growth strategies and operational improvements to strengthen their role in the esports ecosystem.
• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and deliver data-driven insights to inform decisions.
• Partner with the Strategy team to scope, prioritize, and execute projects aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, product management, production, or analyst roles.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional workstreams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Hands-on experience in product development or digital goods lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• In-depth knowledge of the esports industry, including team ecosystems and competitive structures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional background in esports or traditional sports industries.
• Experience in business operations, financial modeling, or revenue strategy.
• Experience collaborating with game production or creative teams.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional, matrixed environments.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
