Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Driver Trainer to join our team, ideally with a military background in vehicle operation (MOS 88M, 3531, or 3533). The Driver Trainer will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to our drivers, ensuring compliance with Company Fleet Management Policies, and promoting safe, accident-free driving practices across all company locations. This role requires previous experience in training or presenting, as well as the ability to travel to various company sites as needed.

What You'll Do:

• Provide training to both new and existing drivers, focusing on safe driving practices, adherence to company policies, and proper vehicle handling.
• Conduct assessments to identify drivers' training needs and deliver personalized coaching.
• Develop and disseminate training materials that promote safety and compliance.
• Monitor drivers’ performance to ensure compliance with fleet management policies and safety standards.
• Travel extensively to company locations to conduct training sessions, perform audits, and ensure training consistency across sites.
• Collaborate with fleet management to address safety issues and promote best practices.

What You'll Need

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Military driving experience (MOS 88M, 3531, or 3533) is preferred.
• Experience in training or presenting, ideally within a transportation or fleet environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of fleet safety regulations and safe driving practices.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and educating drivers and management effectively.
• Certification in defensive driving or fleet safety is a plus.
• Ability to frequently travel to various company locations.
• Experience with compliance audits or fleet management systems is beneficial.
