Hybrid Setup: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
We are seeking a mid-level Project Coordinator with a strong background in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional projects, coordinate timelines and deliverables, and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders to achieve business objectives efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
Communicate project goals, updates, and expectations clearly to stakeholders and team members.
Collaborate across departments to align priorities, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Monitor progress using project management tools and maintain detailed documentation.
Support process improvement initiatives and promote best practices in project execution.
5 7 years of experience in Project or Program Management within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement.
