🚧 We're Hiring: Project Director | Lincoln, NE 🚧

💰 Base Salary: $170K–$190K + Annual Discretionary Bonus + $5K monthly per diem if travel

🚗 Car Allowance: $770/month + Gas Card

Are you a confident and driven leader with a passion for operations and team development? We're seeking a Project Director to oversee multiple high-impact projects and drive excellence in execution, team performance, and client satisfaction.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams across various locations, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
• Own the P&L for all projects under your direction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that lead to repeat business.
• Develop and mentor your teams, fostering growth in safety, quality, profitability, and personal development.
• Collaborate with internal departments—Engineering, Prefab, Purchasing, Accounting, Safety—to achieve project goals.
• Partner with manpower leaders to ensure sufficient high-quality staffing.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with our model and goals.
• Help shape overall operational strategy as a key member of the Project Management Leadership Team.

🎓 Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent union field experience.
• 10+ years managing large teams and/or complex projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate for both local and national project support.
