Our client, a leading provider of advanced aerospace & defense solutions, is seeking an Program Manager This role will be responsible for the successful execution and ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders, effective budget and schedule management, and innovative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary customer-facing representative , fostering strong relationships with government stakeholders.
• Manage program schedules, budgets, and deliverables , ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
• Develop and implement solutions to address program challenges and drive success.
• Oversee contract compliance, risk management, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and prime contractors to align program objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience managing programs for manufacture, ideally supporting government entities through a prime.
• Strong understanding of government contracting, compliance, and program risk management .
• Excellent Organisation skills
• Experience overseeing full program lifecycle, including schedule, budget, and problem-solving responsibilities .
• U.S. Citizenship required
