About the Position

The Project Executive is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing both small and large-scale commercial construction projects—from early discovery and design through development, execution, and closeout. 2. Ensure all project processes and workflows comply with company policies
  3. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients
  4. Manage project progress through updated schedules and proactive oversight
  5. Enforce the project Quality Control Plan
  6. Support project teams in resolving subcontractor and scope-related challenges
  7. Oversee assignment, performance, and development of field personnel
  8. Identify, justify, and negotiate time extensions when necessary
  9. Lead efforts to acquire new work and maintain strong client relationships
  10. Cultivate positive relationships with the subcontractor community
  11. Ensure timely and accurate project closeout
  12. Lead all preconstruction and RFP efforts with support from internal teams
  13. Delegate effectively to ensure smooth project execution and team alignment

Requirements

  1. 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including work with a commercial general contractor
  2. Prior healthcare construction project experience required
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Business, or related field
  4. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including government/federal, industrial, or healthcare/hospital work
  5. Strong proficiency in sector-specific software including:
    1. Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    2. Procore
    3. Adobe
    4. BlueBeam
    5. JD Edwards
  6. Mastery of reading, interpreting, and updating construction drawings
  7. Demonstrated ability to organize teams, tools, and timelines to meet deadlines
  8. Understanding of market conditions, pricing conventions, and industry trends
  9. Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  10. Ability to foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  11. Commitment to the company’s values, professionalism, punctuality, and continuous improvement

Benefits

  1. Competitive base salary ($160,000-215,000 depending on experience and location)
  2. Performance-based bonuses
  3. Premium medical, dental, and vision coverage
  4. Employer-matched 401(k)
  5. Wellness reimbursement program
