Akkodis is seeking a – Project Manager for a Contract position with a client located in SwiftWater, PA (Hybrid)

Must have Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project/program management
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• PMP certification preferred

Rate Range: $70- $75/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

We are seeking an experienced PMO Specialist to join our team in Swiftwater, PA. This role will focus primarily on ensuring the Manufacturing & Supply ERP deployment project at the site is properly scheduled and executed according to organizational standards and business needs. The role will be heavily focused on coordination of business user activities required to secure business readiness including user acceptance testing, business simulation, documentation, training preparation, and training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage resource loaded project schedules.
• Drive execution of project schedules in close coordination with business resources/users.
• Re-calibrate priorities based on evolving project needs; identify resource constraints and remediate schedule delays.
• Maintain integrated views of program status, risks, and decisions in coordination with other PMO members.
• Facilitate alignment across different project teams (i.e. functional teams/key users, solution delivery, and organization change management) and various stakeholders at the site.
• Lead integrated reviews and readiness checkpoints.
• Consolidate updates into unified narratives for leadership.
• Facilitate structured decision-making and risk management meetings.
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of business simulation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project/program management
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• PMP certification preferred

Work Environment

• Primary location: SwiftWater, Pennsylvania facility
• On-site presence required 4 days per week
• Collaborative environment working with cross-functional teams
