Job Description

Our client, a leading real estate firm is seeking a Project Manager to oversee tenant projects, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure seamless coordination between teams. This role requires a proactive leader with strong project management experience in real estate, construction, or development.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee tenant projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Manage construction meetings, project bids, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure architectural plans, permits, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits, track project progress, and address any challenges.
• Collaborate with leasing, finance, and operations teams to provide accurate project pricing and reporting.
• Approve invoices, manage budgets, and ensure financial accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in property management, construction, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of real estate development, budgeting, and contract negotiation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management software and financial tracking.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic and proactive mindset.
