Job Description

Job Summary:

Growing financial institution is seeking a qualified Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong experience and skills in developing and assisting in overseeing an entire department that is the integral part of company growth. The project manager will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goal of innovation is being achieved.

Objectives & Duties

  • Develop and assist in leading the Growth & Development team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
  • Lead projects and implement short-term and long-term marketing roadmap inclusive of deliverables and milestones
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Analyze and manage project statuses to ensure that project requirements can be met
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
  • Drive meeting schedules, agendas, participant lists, and content for all required sessions
  • Support management of cross-functional team ensuring success
  • Establish dynamic and visual reporting that clearly communicates trends and statistically significant anomalies in the context of the business risk
  • Collaborate and strategize with other departments to obtain solutions and improve efficiencies.

  • Demonstrate ability to lead and execute projects with precision, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, quickly adjusting to shifting priorities, and driving results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, engage stakeholders at all levels, and drive alignment across teams

Required skills and qualifications

  • 2+ years of project management/ marketing or similar experience
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Experience in developing platforms for internal processes
  • Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
