Job Description:

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing both ground up and TI construction projects for general contractors within the commercial construction industry. As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of their projects while ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including detailed budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate and manage all construction activities, ensuring adherence to project milestones and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Oversee the bidding process, negotiate contracts, and select qualified subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Manage and monitor project budgets, tracking expenses, and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
  • Proactively identify and resolve construction issues, conflicts, and challenges that may arise during the project.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to review progress and address concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, regulations, and other legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and other project-related records.

Compensation/ Benefits:

  • Base Salary - $100,000-$140,000
