Job Description:

We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our Drywall and Façade Project Management Team. This individual must have the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work, be attentive to detail and actively problem solve throughout the entire construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide foundational consistency in processes from preconstruction to project management
• Analyze weekly and JTD production and review any significant over/under vs estimated production for weekly production and review with foreman cause of over/under.
• Understand how an estimate is built, planned, priced and executed.
• Manage communication between clients, field staff, subcontractors, and vendors
• Project financial management
• Maintain and build relationships across all relevant constituents internally and externally.
• Track, project, and influence project performance
• Manage, track and report labor productivity
• Mentor, develop, and coach team members to improve leadership strength

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of industry-specific experience
• Strong technical background in facade construction
• 3+ years of management experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry practices
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
