Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Civil Engineer to join Land Development team! In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing land development project inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil design and project management, along with excellent client relationship skills.

Role and Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare and review engineering designs, reports, and technical documents.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging your network to drive business growth and secure new projects.
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to potential clients.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, including junior engineers and support staff.
• Collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive engineering solutions.
• Ensure quality control with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong business development skills, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software.
