You will play a crucial role in evaluating insurance claims, for residential and commercial estimates, and facilitating the resolution process for clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, experience with handling property claims, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Travel in northern California is required for field inspections. Responsibilities: Job Description: • Performing on-site inspections of damaged property, including roofs/attics • Preparing estimates of repair and ITV reports using Xactimate • Preparing inventories of damaged property, including valuations • Performing an investigation including interviews & recorded statements • Evaluating insurance coverage and drafting ROR and denial letters • Making claim adjustment recommendations • Preparing comprehensive reports • Property damage investigations • Maintaining control of a full caseload Qualifications: Qualifications & Skills: • Minimum of four years of property claims handling experience • Preference given to those with Property/Multi-line claims experience • Ability to carry/use a ladder and inspect roofs/attics • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent time management and organization skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Proficient in Xactimate • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams • Works well independently while maintaining a current diary  About Company: Schifrin, Gagon Dickey, Inc.
