Exciting opportunity for Claims Management!

National Roofing and Storm Restoration company is seeking an Property Claims Advisor to handle supporting claims operations in addition to resolving customer claims, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with adjusters and customers
• Meets with insurance company on the job site for adjustments or reinspection of customer roofs
• Regularly communicates with insurance companies regarding claim status
• Regularly provides support and guidance to the sales team, maintaining regular communications
• Converts claims to full replacements
• Communicates with and establishes trust with the homeowner/policy holder
• Develop and implement effective strategies to drive performance outcomes. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with adjusters. customers, and  clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Regularly review files to ensure they are up-to-date
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with the Claim Success team to analyze what is working and where there are opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with other departments, including sales, production,  marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support claim success initiatives. 
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Property damage/property insurance claims and adjusting experience is REQUIRED
• Experience with Xactimate or related industry tools is   highly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with building codes is highly preferred. 
• 3+ years of Insurance knowledge and construction experience is highly preferred. 
• Insurance designation/licensing is preferred. 
• Extended work hours and travel may be required
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in all types of weather conditions is required. 
• Drive to and from work sites. Must have the ability to operate motor vehicles safely at all times, abiding by traffic laws and safety protocols. 
• Lift, bend, twist, squat as required
