Job Description: As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties. You will ensure that properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and all aspects of property management are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the operations of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial properties.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and quality standards.
  • Manage tenant relations, including lease negotiations, renewals, and addressing tenant concerns.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring all work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the portfolio of properties.
  • Handle rent collections, accounts payable, and financial reporting for property owners.
  • Ensure that all properties comply with local regulations and zoning laws.
  • Assist in the marketing and leasing of vacant commercial spaces.
  • Work closely with contractors, vendors, and service providers to maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications:

  • MUST have experience in managing commercial properties (office, retail, or industrial).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property management.
  • Strong knowledge of property management practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong tenant relationships.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, etc.) is a plus.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
