Position Title: Property Manager (Multi-site)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high occupancy and manage online listings.
• Conduct property tours and ensure a smooth move-in process.
• Enforce policies, collect rent, and manage delinquent accounts.
• Maintain resident files and ensure property cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Oversee maintenance requests and keep residents informed.
• Regularly inspect the property and address any issues.
• Perform light caretaker duties (e.g., vacuuming entryways, maintaining office space).

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of property management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Yardi Breeze experience & Fair Housing knowledge preferred (training provided).
• Valid Driver's License & ability to pass a background check required.

Details:

• Pay: $52k- $58k
• Schedule: Mon-Thurs, Sat (9 AM - 6 PM, subject to change).
• Location: Split between Edina & Minneapolis
• Type: Direct Hire.
