Job Title: Purchasing and Drop Ship Assistant

 

Report To: Purchasing and Drop Ship Manager

 

Job Site: Overland Park, KS – Onsite Position (Not a Remote Role)

 

Job Details: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm

 

 Job Overview:

Outdoor Custom Sportswear/Triform Custom Apparel is looking for a dedicated and passionate professional to work in the licensed apparel industry supporting Columbia and adidas brands. As our Purchasing and Drop Ship Assistant, your dedication to exceptional service and attention to detail will play a key part in your success. As a member of the Purchasing and E-commerce Team, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties that are crucial to keeping our business running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product line.

• Assist with entering purchase orders in our system and communicating with our suppliers.

• Create and update spreadsheets to track purchasing, inventory, and sales data.

• New style set-ups within our ERP system and inventory reports.

• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner using the company ERP.

• Maintain superior level of accuracy while doing tasks, particularly involving order management.

• Send inventory feeds to key account customers.

• As the workload demands, working over 40 hours a week if needed.

• Assist with adding and managing product listings on E-commerce sites like Amazon and eBay.

• Assist with setting up new product assortments for our current and future drop ship customers.

• Maintain knowledge of all our E-commerce partners, including Fanatics, DSG, and Rally House.

• Foster a collaborative environment by actively participating in team meetings and sharing insights for continuous improvement.

• Demonstrate a positive and empathetic attitude while addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and contribute to the enhancement of products and services.

• Assist with product advertisement on the Amazon Seller platform.

• Updating and creating SOP’s and processes for job duties.

• Assist with updating various sales reports in excel to track our drop ship business.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

· Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

·A desire to learn and grow within our organization.

·Strong working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation) for tracking and reporting.

· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

·  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

· Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

· Proficient with data entry and attention to detail.

· Adaptability to embrace change and contribute to a collaborative work culture.

· Working knowledge of computers to successfully use Company ERP, Microsoft Windows, and Office.
