Job Title: Python / AI-ML Engineer Location: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a Python / AI-ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work on LLM agents, backend APIs, and user-facing integrations to deliver real-world, production-ready AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop LLM-based agents using frameworks like LangGraph, PydanticAI, and Google ADK Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases Develop scalable backend APIs using FastAPI Fine-tune and deploy AI/ML models using modern MLOps practices Test, monitor, and improve agent performance and reliability Collaborate with front-end teams or build basic UI components using React/TypeScript Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience with Python in AI/ML development Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks Experience with model fine-tuning and vector databases Strong knowledge of FastAPI, Docker, and cloud deployment Basic understanding of front-end frameworks (React, TypeScript, or Next.js) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field Nice to Have Open-source contributions in AI/ML Experience with async programming, streaming APIs, or WebSockets Benefits Competitive salary and equity Hybrid work model with flexible hours
