Role: Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

Location: On-site in San Francisco

Salary: $130k–$220k base + potential equity

In this role, you will:

• Build and ship full-stack features that transform the recruiting experience for companies and recruiters.
• Work with proprietary datasets to improve intelligent job-candidate matching.
• Take full ownership of projects from ideation to delivery.
• Help scale a platform that's already showing strong product-market fit across industries.
• Collaborate closely with a small, high-performing team in their San Francisco office.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of full-stack engineering experience building product features end-to-end.
• A product-focused mindset and an eye for detail in user experience.
• Experience working at early-stage startups or independently hacking/building products.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for solving real-world hiring problems.
• Bonus: experience in the talent or recruiting space.

This role requires full-time in-person work in San Francisco.
