🔎 Role – Real Estate Associate
Handle substantive legal work in affordable housing, real estate, or real estate finance.
Contribute directly to projects and build strong client relationships.
Draft agreements, advise on transactions, and navigate complex real estate matters.
Collaborate with a dedicated team on both public and private sector initiatives.

👓 Requirements
✔️ Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and currently licensed to practice law in Texas (in good standing)
✔️ 3+ years of substantive legal experience in affordable housing, real estate, or real estate finance
✔️ Ability to assume a meaningful role and contribute to projects and client relationships right away
✔️ Hardworking attitude with a passion for real estate law
