Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Consultant - Business Development Recruiter to join us for our March training academy!

Start date: March 18th

This person would be responsible for Business Development (bringing in new clients) as well as sourcing and placing candidates!

*******Cold Calling (50-70 dial outs per day) will be an integral part of this job, individuals in this role love to hunt new business and create relationships with new clients.****

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and recruitment requirements.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the industry.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (networking, social media, job boards) to identify and attract top talent in business development roles.
  • Candidate Assessment: Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they possess the necessary skills and cultural fit for client organizations.
  • Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing shortlisted candidates and recruitment strategies.
  • Negotiation and Offer Management: Act as a liaison between candidates and clients during the offer stage, negotiating terms to achieve mutual satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates, tracking their progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout their job search process.
