Recruitment Consultant | Entry Level

Location: Playa Vista, Los Angeles, CA

Compensation: $50,000 + uncapped commission from day 1 ($70-80k OTE)

Our team in Los Angeles is growing and we are looking to grow our team of Recruitment Consultants who specialize within industries including banking & finance, regulatory & legal, energy & infrastructure, and life sciences.

Many of our Recruitment Consultants come from a variety of educational and professional backgrounds and have seen their success in this business skyrocket. Our award-winning training program will provide you with the tools needed for you to succeed as well!

What does the role involve?

• Responsible for full cycle recruiting for mid to senior/executive-level candidates across different micro-specialized industries.
• Networking to develop new business with potential clients while continuing connections with existing clients - our clients range from start ups to thriving fortune 10 companies.
• Acting as a consultant for both the client and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• You will receive a commission when a placement is successfully made - this is an uncapped commission opportunity!
