Due to expansion and improving market conditions a number of opportunities exist within our Houston office. We are looking to speak with recruiters who have prior experience in placing technical professionals in both contract and permanent positions. With global energy demand increasing and project activity set to improve this year we need dedicated and ambitious people to join JAB at this exciting time.

PLEASE NOTE:

• This is a Hybrid Job: Monday - Wednesday in office located in the Galleria, Thursday-Friday work from home.
• Must be a lawful resident authorized to work for any employer without restrictions, present or future need for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

• High volume screening and telephone interviewing
• Placing and managing online job advertisements
• Seeking out business opportunities
• Prospecting for business through cold calling, attending networking events, social media
• Sourcing candidates through online and internal databases
• Negotiating pay rates
• Consultant care
• Researching and understanding different oilfield disciplines
• Client management

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelor degree preferred
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within oil and gas, engineering, aerospace, information technology or other discipline.
