Title: Registered Nurse - Adult Psych & Addiction (Night Shift)
Status: Full-Time

Salary: Starting minimum rate of $42.19 hourly.
Bonus: Shift differentials available ($3-$5/hour depending on schedule)

Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join a behavioral health and addiction treatment facility in Belle Mead, NJ. This full-time, night shift role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in an environment focused on adult psychiatric and substance use recovery. You'll work closely with an interdisciplinary team, helping patients through some of the most challenging times of their lives.

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to adult psychiatric and addiction patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Oversee and delegate responsibilities to support staff
• Use clinical judgment to evaluate, plan, and implement individualized care
• Support a safe and therapeutic environment

Schedule:

• Shift: 6:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.
• Work Every Other Weekend
• Work 3 of 6 Major Holidays
• No On-Call Duties

Required Qualifications:

• Active NJ Registered Nurse license
• AHA BLS/CPR certification (or obtained within 60 days of hire)
• Six months or more of relevant nursing experience or participation in a nurse residency program
• BSN in progress or willingness to obtain within 3 years (if hired after November 2019)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting at $42.19/hour (minimum base pay)
• Shift differentials: $3/hr evening shifts, $5/hr night and weekend shifts
