The Registered Nurse— Inpatient Behavioral Health, will direct and oversee the care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.
Qualifications:Job Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing
C urrent and valid NJ Registered Nurse license
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Strong interpersonal skills
Customer/patient centric attitude
Preferred Job Requirements:
Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
A minimum of 1 year experience as a registered nurse in a psychiatric or behavioral health care facility
