What You’ll Do:

As an Advisor Services Relationship Manager, you’ll become the trusted partner for our financial advisors, providing tailored support to elevate their practices. Your role will focus on:

• Building Relationships: Serve as the primary liaison for advisors, understanding their goals and aligning our resources to support their growth.
• Advisor Support: Provide strategic insights, manage operational needs, and troubleshoot challenges, ensuring advisors can focus on what they do best—serving their clients.
• Optimizing Practices: Collaborate with advisors to streamline workflows, implement best practices, and maximize efficiency using our cutting-edge tools and processes.
• Enhancing Client Impact: Help advisors deliver exceptional value through financial planning and wealth management, leveraging industry-leading strategies.

What You Bring:

We’re looking for someone who excels in building trust, fostering collaboration, and driving results. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven Relationship Management Skills: Experience working with financial professionals or in a client-facing role where solutions are tailored to unique needs.
• Industry Expertise: A solid understanding of financial planning, wealth management, or related services. A Series 65 license or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess advisor challenges and implement creative, scalable solutions.
• Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with CRM systems, financial planning software, and data analysis tools.
