Position Overview
As a Remote Events Coordinator, you will work directly with clients to understand their vision, goals, and budget. You’ll be responsible for designing personalized event experiences, managing logistics, and ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Design, coordinate, and manage customized event itineraries based on each client’s needs
Book and organize venues, travel, accommodations, entertainment, catering, and additional services
Communicate with clients throughout the planning process to ensure clarity and satisfaction
Resolve any issues or last-minute changes in a professional and timely manner
Participate in regular training to stay up to date on industry trends and vendor offerings
Build and maintain relationships with service providers and suppliers
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and communication skills
A dependable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone
Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, customer service, or travel is a plus but not required
A proactive, client-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
