Job Description

4+ years of QA Lead experience

Release management for native apps, not just QA but a full understanding of the whole release life cycle doing web testing

End to end testing of multiple systems (3rd party, reservation systems, booking pages)

API testing, understanding of the back end and the front end, and how it connects

Back end and front end testing

50% troubleshooting issues, 50% triaging issues

Triage experience, if you see an issue, pinpoint where the issues is by pointing to the API or the system, investigate it before passing on for fixing

Skills And Requirements

This QA Lead will be testing an old, complex application that books events and reservations at a large global hotel company. They will be in charge of Release Management for Native apps, fully managing the release lifycycle. They need to know how to do end to end testing for 3rd party systems and APIs. They will be in charge of triaging issues as well, not only escalating to the appropriate teams, but giving context as to why the issue failed to ensure smooth resolution. This will be 50% hands on end to end testing, and 50% triage/release management/process ownership Experience testing a reservation system

Swift, Objective-C (no coding experience), need to understand the ecosystem
