Looking to grow into a leadership role in retail? Braswell & Son is hiring a Manager in Training to develop into one of our next store leaders. This role is perfect for someone with strong sales skills, customer service experience, and leadership potential — pawn experience is not required, we’ll teach you!
What You’ll Do
Learn all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and loan writing
Lead by example in delivering a best-in-class customer experience
Motivate and coach team members to meet and exceed sales goals
Manage inventory, merchandising, and store appearance
Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily financial transactions
Train directly under experienced store managers with a path to promotion
What We’re Looking For
Leadership ability — previous supervisory or team lead experience is a plus
Strong background in customer service and retail or sales
Comfortable working with financial transactions and learning new systems
Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and professional appearance
Desire to grow into a management role
