Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in PACU, post-anesthesia, or perioperative nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS or PALS preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor vital signs, airway, and patient status immediately post-procedure.
• Administer medications, pain management, and interventions as prescribed.
• Identify and respond promptly to changes in patient condition or complications.
• Educate patients and families on post-procedure care and discharge instructions.
• Document patient care accurately and collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams.
