Our Sales Team is Growing

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities as well as retaining existing customers. You will work closely with marketing and customer success teams to generate leads, nurture relationships, and drive revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to have a direct impact on the success and growth of Rhythm Systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and strategic networking.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand customer needs, educate them on the Rhythm Systems platform, and tailor solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, track progress using CRM tools, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Closing Deals: Execute effective negotiation and deal-closing strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, consulting, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful handoffs for new clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to position Rhythm Systems as a market leader.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report key performance metrics, pipeline development, and revenue growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 2-5 years sales experience, preferably in strategy execution, business management, or similar software solutions.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and close mid-market or enterprise-level deals.
  • Consultative Sales Skills: Excellent ability to identify customer needs and position value-based solutions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and compelling presentation delivery.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically, handle objections, and resolve customer challenges.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly driven, self-directed, and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
