We’re Hiring: Sales Director – Federal Civilian Sales

The Redda Group has been retained to find a Sales Director, Federal Civilian Sales for a cutting-edge Cybersecurity & IT Solutions company focused on digital transformation for federal agencies, enterprises, and higher education.

This high-impact, hands-on leadership role reports directly to the CEO and is built for someone who knows the VAR space inside and out. You’ll work with powerhouse technology partners like Palo Alto Networks, IBM, Cisco, CrowdStrike, Armis, Tenable, Splunk, Infoblox, Juniper, and Axonius, driving federal sales strategy and securing high-value contracts.

What You’ll Do:

Own and execute a federal civilian sales strategy for cybersecurity and IT solutions.

Drive new business growth by leveraging existing relationships and forging new ones.

Lead federal proposal development and ensure compliance with procurement regulations.

Oversee sales pipeline management and report directly to the CEO.

Collaborate with top-tier OEMs and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Must-Have Experience:

7-10+ years in sales leadership within the federal civilian market.

Deep understanding of VAR sales, federal procurement, and cybersecurity solutions.

Strong CRM expertise (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).

Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
