Our client, a leader in financial software is hiring a Product/UX Designer to join their team in San Diego, CA!

**This is a 9-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays**

As the Product/UX Designer, you will design solutions, seamlessly incorporate AI and automation to tackle challenges in sales processes, and lead the design refresh of end-to-end seller workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on sales operations to identify and address critical pain points and improvement opportunities within sales processes and technology applications
• Develop AI-driven tools and workflows that standardize sales activities, enhance workflow efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and improve lead management
• Work cross-functionally with teams to create a unified customer data system that supports dynamic account management strategies tailored to diverse seller archetypes
• Manage feedback mechanisms and rapid prototyping to refine and perfect sales processes and user interfaces

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction , Service Design , Interaction Design , Industrial Design , or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Interaction or Product Design , particularly in technology-driven solutions , with a preference for experience in Sales or SaaS environments .
• Proficiency in prototyping and design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with using design systems such as Salesforce Lightning
