Ashley |  The Wellsville Group is looking for a friendly and results-driven  Home Furnishing Consultant (HFC)to join our team! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding service to our customers, helping them navigate their home furnishing decisions and ensuring they leave with exactly what they’re looking for. If you are a motivated, customer-centric individual with a flair for style, sales, and an enthusiasm for  turning houses into homes , we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

As an HFC, your core responsibility will be to deliver a crazy good customer experience every day. You’ll be the go-to person for your guests, helping them find the perfect items while ensuring an engaging and seamless shopping experience.

• Greet and Guide : Establish positive communication with guests, understand their needs, and provide expert advice to find solutions that meet their desires.
• Product Expertise : Educate customers about furniture and mattress products, features, and benefits to help them make informed decisions.
• Professional Selling : Apply top-tier selling techniques, including rapport-building, product presentations, and closing strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Sales Excellence : Achieve monthly/annual sales goals, including product mix, financing options, and additional accessories.
• Customer Follow-Up : Build strong relationships with customers through after-sales follow-up, thank you cards, and ongoing communication.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in retail, but we’ll train the right person!
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Passion for creating stylish, functional living spaces.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales and service goals.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity.
• Willingness to continuously learn about new products and services.

Compensation details: 45000-85000 Yearly Salary
