Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, motivated Sales Manager to support daily sales operations, build customer relationships, and help drive revenue. This is a hands-on, entry-level management role focused on basic sales tasks, team support, and maintaining strong customer service.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in managing daily sales activities and meeting basic sales goals.

· Make outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers.

· Support the sales team with scheduling, follow-ups, and lead tracking.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inquiries.

· Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product/service information.

· Help identify potential sales opportunities and relay them to leadership.

· Ensure a clean, organized, and professional workspace.

Requirements

· Previous customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required.

· Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.

· Basic computer skills (email, data entry, CRM experience a plus).

· Ability to follow processes, stay organized, and meet daily expectations.

· Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
