Position Overview

Join a dynamic MarTech company as a Sales Operations Manager in Torrance, CA, where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing sales processes and driving technology-driven efficiencies. This is an on-site position that requires a keen understanding of marketing platforms, analytics, and automation tools, ensuring that you are at the forefront of industry advancements. As a leader in our team, you will be responsible for implementing strategies that enhance productivity and support our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop : Manage and mentor a team of 4-6 technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Optimize Processes : Design and implement sales processes that utilize MarTech tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the sales team.
  • Data-Driven Decisions : Leverage analytics to provide actionable insights that inform sales strategies and business decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, IT, and finance departments to ensure alignment and integration of sales operations with overall business goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis : Generate and analyze reports to track sales performance, identify trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance sales outcomes.
  • Technical Training : Facilitate technical training sessions to ensure the team is proficient in using essential sales technology and tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience : 5-7 years in a sales operations role, ideally within a MarTech environment.
  • Certifications :
    • AWS Cloud Practitioner
    • HubSpot Sales Software Certification
  • Technology Proficiency : Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Location and Mobility : Ability to work on-site in Torrance, CA, with travel within a 30-mile radius as needed.
  • Schedule : Availability to work standard business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Experience in leading technical-focused training sessions.
