What Success Looks Like

As a Computing Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities and supporting complex sales cycles for our computing and hardware systems. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with 2-3 years of client-facing business sales or technical sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced, solutions-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media, as well as trade shows and onsite visits, engaging with decision-makers
  • Understand client needs and present tailored computing solutions
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close with guidance from senior staff
  • Follow up with inbound inquiries and nurture early-stage leads
  • Respond promptly with quotations to prospective customers ' RFQs and complete contract review activities and order entry for received POs with guidance from senior staff
  • Support technical conversations in collaboration with engineering and product teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts, tracking interactions and next steps
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer sites (travel required ~10%-15%)

Details:

This position offers a base salary of $40,000-$60,000, depending on experience, with commission eligibility after a 6-month probationary period. As we grow, so will your opportunities for career advancement and earning potential.

Remote, full-time

The company runs on a 9/80 alternative work schedule

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales (tech industry preferred)
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in cold outreach
  • Experience using CRM to track leads and follow-ups
  • Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and communicate them effectively
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to exceed goals.
  • Ability to travel between 10%-15%
