As a Sales Trainee, your key responsibilities will include:
Sales and Marketing: Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance product visibility, generate leads, and increase sales opportunities. This includes working on campaigns, market research, and identifying growth areas for product promotion.
Recruiting: Assisting in the recruitment process to identify potential sales team members and help expand our sales force through networking, outreach, and engaging with job candidates.
Agronomy: Gaining knowledge in agronomy to better understand the agricultural products and services Titan AG offers and using that knowledge to provide valuable insights and support to clients in the agricultural sector.
Training and Development: Participating in training programs to improve sales techniques, marketing strategies, and agronomy knowledge.
Client Interaction: Assisting senior sales professionals with client meetings and sales presentations to communicate product benefits and solutions effectively.
Lead Generation: Conducting research and outreach efforts to generate new leads through networking, digital marketing, and other sales initiatives.
Sales Support: Collaborating with the sales team to strategize and meet monthly or quarterly sales targets.
