Position Summary

As a member of the IT team, this role is responsible for the design, configuration, and maintenance of business systems built with SAP modules, including sales, production, transportation, supply chain, and FICO, along with third-party tools. The Business Analyst will establish and maintain strong partnerships with Business Management and IT Management teams, collaborating with Business Analysts, Business Support Analysts, and Business Users. This role ensures business procedures are efficient and identifies innovative opportunities to apply new technical solutions that improve customer, employee, and supplier experiences, drive sales, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Propose Innovative IT Solutions
• Understand business processes and requirements, applying best-in-class software, hardware, and services to address business needs. (15%)
• Develop IT Solutions
• Write functional specifications and coordinate development with IT staff (e.g., programmers, configurators, network, infrastructure, management). (15%)
• Enhance SAP Processes
• Configure SAP S/4 SD and TM modules to meet business requirements. (10%)
• Ensure Successful Implementation
• Coordinate testing, documentation, training, change management, and communication to ensure adoption of IT solutions. (15%)
• Support Daily Business Issues
• Communicate with the business to assess, propose, and prioritize solutions for timely resolution of issues. (45%)

Experience :

• 5+ years in SAP design, implementation, and support of business systems.
• SAP configuration expertise in Sales & Distribution.
• SAP configuration expertise in Basic Transportation Management (freight units, freight orders, and freight settlement).
• Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience.
• Experience with S/4HANA.

Nice to have:

• SAP SD Configuration expertise in sales order management, delivery, billing, customer master, and integration with MM and FI.
• SAP TM Configuration expertise in freight units, freight orders, and freight settlement.
• Integration experience with MM and FI modules.
• SAP MM/PP Configuration expertise.
• Experience with:
• SAP EDI, PI (Process Integration), WM (Warehouse Management), and APO (Forecasting and Planning).
• SAP development tools (SAP For Me, SAP Notes search).
• Testing automation tools.
• Power BI.
• Barcoding, wireless technologies, and/or IoT devices.
• Background in the perishable goods brokerage industry, with experience in sales, import/export, and logistics, utilizing drop-shipping models and collaborating with third-party IT resources.
