We're currently seeking a skilled MECM/SCCM Administrator for a contract opportunity based in Denton, Texas (76207) Hybrid. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and maintaining Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) environments to ensure efficient deployment and patch management.

The company offers a diverse portfolio of processing and packaging technologies, supporting a wide variety of products including ice cream, cheese, fruits, vegetables, and pet food. Looking for SCCM Administrator, Who is very strong at installing and managing SCCM from scratch.

What You Will Be Doing

• Monitoring day-to-day MECM operations with the different monitoring tools available.
• Resolving alerts and issues within the infrastructure.
• Checking incidents in ServiceNow and responding in a timely manner and complying with the stablished service KPI’s
• Identifying and resolving predictive or proactive failures.
• Performing planned maintenance activities.
• Performing system upgrades and tuning up.
• Delivering stable, efficient, working, pro-active monitoring and solutions for the MECM hierarchy.
• Delivering automation using PowerShell to optimize MECM hierarchy as well as automate more holistic way of improving client agent health.
