Location: Salt Lake City - UTAH | Travel: ~10% | Availability: On-call 24/7

My Client is seeking a Security Manager to lead physical security operations across multiple U.S. data centers. This role focuses on vendor management, risk mitigation, crisis response, and ensuring a safe, secure environment for employees, clients, and partners. You'll work closely with internal teams, security vendors, and stakeholders to implement best practices and uphold the highest security standards.

• Oversee security vendor performance across multiple locations.
• Develop and maintain security policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans.
• Monitor incidents, emerging risks, and ensure timely resolution of security concerns.
• Lead investigations and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage security budgets, contracts, and vendor negotiations.
• Provide security training and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Support technology-driven security solutions, including access control and surveillance systems.
  

• 5+ years of experience in site/campus security management.
• Strong knowledge of physical security strategies, emergency protocols, and regulatory compliance .
• Experience managing security vendors, budgets, and contracts .
• Ability to lead investigations and analyze risk assessments.
• Familiarity with security technologies (CCTV, access control, incident management systems).
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage with teams and clients.
