Client Overview : Our client, a creative agency working with luxury fashion and beauty brands, is seeking a Senior Art Director to join their team.

Role Overview : We are seeking an exceptional Senior Art Director to lead and elevate our visual brand presence across all platforms. As a key creative leader in our luxury brand, you will bring a refined aesthetic, strategic thinking, and impeccable attention to detail to every touchpoint—from global campaigns and editorials to packaging and digital experiences. This role requires a passion for storytelling, a deep understanding of the luxury consumer, and the ability to create compelling, cohesive visuals that uphold the brand’s prestige and desirability.

Senior Art Director Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and direct multi-channel campaigns including print, digital, social, packaging, retail, and experiential.
• Translate brand strategy into elevated visual storytelling aligned with the luxury market.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, art directors, photographers, and external creative partners.
• Oversee art direction for photoshoots and video productions—ensuring luxury standards in styling, lighting, set design, and post-production.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and E-commerce teams to ensure creative alignment and consistency across all platforms.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and luxury market shifts to inform creative innovation.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Present creative concepts and campaigns to executive leadership.

Senior Art Director Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in art direction, with at least 3 years in a senior role within a luxury brand or agency.
• Proven portfolio showcasing luxury branding, editorial sensibility, and integrated campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing creative teams.
• Exceptional taste level and understanding of high-end aesthetics and consumer behavior.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); knowledge of motion and 3D design is a plus.
• Experience working with luxury photography, model direction, set design, and fashion styling.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising or related field.
