Job Description

Position: Senior Business Development Manager

🌎 Location: In the NYC Office + Hybrid

⬆ Reporting Into: Account Directors, Chief Creative Officer, Managing Director

💰Compensation: $72,000 base + commission. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.

📅 Start Date: 03/31/25 – or earlier.

Inbound: You will primarily support all in-bound requests ensuring instant response, optimizing the speed of our qualification process, and ensuring all clients whether $500k+ projects or $5k projects are treated with the utmost intelligence and sophistication. Your role is to process incoming prospects and lead them to a close-won account within an average of a 2-3 week deal age period. Ensuring all notes, activities, and contacts are logged in hubspot. Outreach: Secondarily, you will support the agency’s new business outreach to decision makers and KOL's at the world's leading brands and companies.

How you will be successful:

Comprehension of our services, our process, our difference is a key. You must fully understand the creative agency and brand marketing lingo. You must comprehend the marketing and strategic needs of these high profile accounts and possess the innate ability to connect our agency strengths and expertise to their specific needs, while working with the internal agency's leads to map out project scope, timelines, and budgets. Impeccable negotiation skills is a must. Exact duties include: RFI generation, RFP responses, RFP outreach, estimate creation, invoice review with finance, budget allocation with production team, keeping an eye on KPIs, and ensuring growth goals are hit, managing strong relationships with clients. Compliance with our processes and ways of working helps ensure a seamless integration into the agency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in sales and business development
  • Full comprehension of what Branding/Advertising/Creative Agencies do
  • You possess an eye for design, because even your proposal and decks need to look nice.

  • Highly comfortable with working in extremely fast paced work environments.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Branding / Creative Advertising Agency Sales and Sales Operations skills.
  • Experience in Client Relations and Client Management
  • Business Development skills
  • Quick thinker and worker with strong excel/powerpoint and CRM hubspot and seamless ai skills
  • Must have a do it now, get it done asap way of thinking and working
  • Experience driving multiple account proposals in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and revenue growth
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of sales and business development experience in the luxury and high-profile brand industries
