Job Description/Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in land development design (preferably private sector)
* Must enjoy working on various project types including but not limited to: Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Residential, etc.
* Must want to work on projects in the PA and NJ region
* Must be well versed in Civil 3D
* Must be comfortable working in a 100% remote setting (work from home)
* Preparation of grading and stormwater management designs for land development projects
* Preparation of stormwater management plans/reports as required for NPDES and E&S submissions
* Must be willing and able to mentor, guide, lead, and collaborate with other Civil Designers as well as take the lead on projects (design).
