We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controller to oversee and enhance our financial operations.

Job Summary:

The Senior Controller will play a pivotal role in managing and improving financial processes, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights to support business growth. This individual will oversee budgeting, financial reporting, cost management, and internal controls while working closely with senior leadership to drive financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.

• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support business strategies and decision-making.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other financial reporting requirements.

• Analyze product costs, margins, and profitability to optimize financial performance.

• Collaborate with operations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness in production and supply chain processes.

• Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory bodies as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.

• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across departments.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and strategic mindset.
