Job Description

Our Client : A home solutions company is seeking a senior leader to oversee business strategy and partner engagement alongside cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to expand customer base and revenue.
• Build and manage relationships with business partners.
• Identify new opportunities for growth through marketing, technology, and operations.
• Oversee product launches, technical integrations, and partner communications.
• Analyze data to optimize partnership performance and customer experience.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with partner agreements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in account management, strategy, or business development.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
• Experience in consulting or startups is a plus.
• This role requires approximately 25% travel, with flexibility for hybrid work.
