We're looking for an Electrical Senior Engineer I to support field and fabrication projects across industrial sectors. If you're ready to lead design initiatives, manage multidisciplinary teams, and take ownership from project inception to completion, this might be your next move.

What you'll be doing:

• Serve as the technical lead on electrical design, analysis, and documentation for medium to large-scale projects.
• Work hands-on in developing power distribution systems—from utility tie-ins to low-voltage facility design.
• Manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Interpret and apply NEC, NESC, IEEE standards, and contribute to safety-focused, high-quality design packages.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.

What you bring:

• B.S. in Engineering (M.S. preferred). FE required; PE or ability to obtain PE within a year.
• 6+ years of experience in industrial electrical design—oil & gas experience a strong plus.
• Expertise in power distribution systems, equipment layout, grounding, protection and coordination studies.
• Familiarity with ETAP, SKM, EasyPower, or similar modeling software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a knack for handling multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• PMP certification and experience with Primavera or MS Project a plus.
