Job Description

We’re hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to support a CEO in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is ideal for someone who operates with a high level of discretion and professionalism, and brings a proactive, can-do mindset to every interaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary executive partner, managing day-to-day scheduling, meetings, logistics, and communications with accuracy and urgency
• Join executive meetings, capture critical notes, and quickly translate them into actionable steps
• Handle complex travel planning, including last-minute changes and weekend needs when necessary
• Prepare the executive’s workspace and schedule each day before arrival; remain available throughout the day to support shifting needs
• Manage time-sensitive requests with a high level of confidentiality
• Act as a liaison with internal teams, ensuring priorities are communicated and followed through on

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced setting
• Experience supporting one executive at a high level, not juggling multiple leaders
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail
• Comfortable in high-stakes meetings and able to understand technical or business language to take meaningful notes
