A Leading Services Company located in Morris County, NJ is searching for a Senior Financial Analyst with responsibilities as follows:

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and forecasting
• Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends, variances, and key insights
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple departments
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and insights
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling for strategic initiatives
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and perform variance analysis
• Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and executive presentations
• Ensure financial data integrity and accuracy in reporting systems

Qualified candidates for the Senior Financial Analyst position will possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 4+ years of related work experience
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• The total compensation range for this opportunity is $115,000 to $125,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits.
