Pay Range: $30 - $33/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Presentation design – slides & graphics
• Logo creation within brand standards
• Designing brand assets
• Within defined guidelines and framework, collaborates with business clients throughout the enterprise to produce graphics that best visually represent product content across all types of media.
• Works to plan and implement design solutions that meet the business client objectives within specific timeline.
• Partners with cross-functional areas, such as IT, to deploy graphic design product and ensure appropriate design elements applied (graphics, layout, colors, content) for best member experience. Ensures compliance with any regulatory policies or company procedures.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Graphic Design, Military experience and Adobe Creative Suit
• 6 years of experience in graphic design using different mediums such as print, multimedia, web development, storyboarding, and animation.
• “Military experience and/or understanding of military imagery (4 years)”
• Top three technology tools this resource must have knowledge using
• Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, Digital Corporate photography
• Experience creating executive-level presentations
• Able to translate financial and other complex concepts into consumable graphics
• Ability to work Hybrid in office, San Antonio, 4 days in office
• Digital Portfolio Required (pdf or website)
• Demonstrated ability to integrate editorial content with graphic and interactive media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills to interact with leadership and present innovative design concepts to develop products according to business requirements
